Jade

Take Root

CHALLENGE

Everett Triangle is a neighborhood in the midst of a remarkable transformation. Our challenge was to create a distinct residential oasis in the heart of this transformation — embodied in two sister buildings: Jade and Juniper. Drawing inspiration from Everett’s industrial heritage and the resilient, community-minded spirit of its residents, these buildings were designed to offer distinct approaches to elevated, accessible apartment living. Together, they strike a balance between heritage and modernity, creating spaces that feel both grounded and aspirational.

STRATEGY

The strategic positioning for the Jade was born from the idea of a “purposefully curated” sanctuary — a space designed with intention, balance, and beauty at every turn. We looked to find beauty in organic and refined simplicity, where natural cues contrast with strong lines and confident, bold materials, creating a brand experience that feels both grounded and forward-looking.

CREATIVE SOLUTION

The brand identity was shaped by the idea of an urban oasis — a place of calm, balance, and renewal within the fast-paced under-construction environment it is surrounded by. Drawing inspiration from the Jade plant, known for its organic beauty and restorative qualities, we built a visual language rooted in nature and warmth. Soft, rounded forms echo the building’s interior archways, while natural textures and materials bring a grounded, tactile sensibility. The result is an identity that feels fresh, stylish, and inviting. Much like Jade itself, the brand embodies an open-minded, “come as you are” spirit that welcomes everyone in.
