We humanized technology, focusing on precision, accessibility, and empathy, to reaffirm Epocrates as the essential companion for healthcare decision-making.

Clean design, modern typography, and dynamic graphic patterns transformed Epocrates into a system that felt technologically forward yet deeply human. The new look extended across digital products, sales and marketing materials, CRM, and integrated advertising under a simple idea: “Because questions need answers.” Campaign work celebrated the app’s diagnostic power while reinforcing trust.
