CHALLENGE
The luxury wine category is full of stuffy and pretentious wine brands. From the terroir to the grape varietals, the act of drinking has become more scientific than social. Colossus worked to change all that by refreshing the brand identity and tone of voice for a brand that is as fun and inviting as wine should be.
CREATIVE SOLUTION
We built a library of flexible assets that carry the brand look, bold colors and whimsical tone from the top of funnel down to through exclusive rewards, emails, promotions, coupons, and Shopify purchases. We utilized hand drawn illustrations, dynamic photography and tongue firmly planted in cheek. We also created an ADA compliant set of typographic color combinations that work across each varietal with flexible systems allowing for monochromatic, light, dark, and cream colored backgrounds.
