Now how about this. Do you understand that the creative team’s challenge is to help brands create value for audiences rather than interrupt consumers with self-serving, one-sided “ads."? Do you go beyond obvious ”insights” like 'the world is more divided than ever' and 'millennials value experiences over things' and 'moms love avocado toast.' (even though it is delicious)? You have a high level of confidence and maturity to successfully champion and debate your ideas with senior personnel, both inside and outside the Agency.
